Over 56% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company were represented in person or by proxy and were voted at the Meeting significantly in favour of all the matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company's Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular dated June 13, 2024 (the “Circular”). At the Meeting, Lithium Ionic shareholders approved the re-election of the eight director nominees, the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditor of the Company, the Stock Option Plan and the RSU/DSU incentive plans.
